• Specially Designed Rooms: We offer a total of 5 accessible rooms (3 standard and 2 superior), all conveniently located on the ground floor.

• Safety and Standards: Our accessible bathrooms are designed in full compliance with all accessibility standards. Furthermore, potential hazards such as table corners in our rooms are covered with protective corner guards for safety.

• Easy Access: Our resort features a completely flat layout, allowing seamless wheelchair access to all buildings, public areas, and social facilities. All our elevators are technically suitable and spacious enough for guests with disabilities.

• Pool and Beach Access: Pool lifts are available at both our Relax pool and indoor pool, ensuring safe entry into the water for our guests. We also provide dedicated ramps for pool access, and 1 accessible sunbed is available at our beach.

Special Support and Service Approach

• Special Support Team: In case of emergencies or special needs, we have appointed a dedicated team of 3 staff members from our Front Office (one per shift) to provide immediate assistance.

• Service and Interaction: All our staff are trained in line with our "Interaction Procedure for Guests with Disabilities," covering key areas such as asking before offering help, treating individuals with respect, approaching guide dogs, and communicating directly.
